Sigmund, a living man, has been in custody for 46 days in Storstrøm high-risk prison, Denmark.
Relatives and partner have not spoken to him since sept. 20, they have received 3 letters postmarked on October 11th and one on the 18th of October. After this, there is no contact in any way.
Their trip goes via Puttgarden, Germany by ferry to Rødbyhavn, Denmark. Sigmund shows his commonlaw passport at passport control in Denmark, he is waved on. This is the first time Sigmund and Siv are traveling with common law registration and passports, so they were very relieved when they were allowed to drive on. But they rejoiced prematurely. After only a few minutes on the Danish highway, several police cars appear behind them, since they were let through custom control, they thought that this did not apply to them, so Sigmund slowly got out to the right side to let them pass. The police became more aggressive, and a truck came in front of them, forcing them to stop. Danish police are very aggressive towards Sigmund and Siv and order them out of the car, Sigmund asks if they can show any kind of documentation that confirms their authority over him. The Danish police will not give him this, instead they smash the window on the right side of the Tesla, where Siv sits terrified. Both are forcibly dragged out of the car, handcuffed, separated and imprisoned. Siv is in detention for 5 hours, then she is referred to a motel 50 meters from the Police station. There are no written documents in the case. He is charged with braking hard on the highway and endanger police officer (§252), Section 119b of the Knife Act. But this is just what we have been told. In the court hearing on 11th of October, the prison officials were ordered by the judge that Siv should be allowed to visit Sigmund. When she appeard at the prison, she was not allowed inside.
We really need help to shed a light on Sigmund’s case, otherwise this will be another judicial murder of someone who sheds light on the narcissistic and corrupt system we live under.
The trial is scheduled for November 15th 2022.
